I am new to the dance club culture.How do you dance with girls at a dance club?
I went to a dance party on a cruise once, and I am totally new to this culture in US.Never did it in my home country.So I observed as follows: Many girls would come and want to dance with their backs sticking on to my front and moving to the tune in sideways fashion.I could barely dance as I have no experience dancing with someone stuck on me.Also I would not lay my hands anywhere on her body(which I guess those girls were expecting) ,and kept them in the air most of the times,the only time was where I held on the shoulders.What is this type of dance supposed to be, and how do I handle that the next time it happens?I ain't scared to be dancing like that, but I donot want to be disrespecting any woman by laying my hand off at the wrong places.Please suggest me especially people who do the clubbing quiet often.

if girls dance up on you, then its safe to say putting your hands on them isn't gonna disrespect them..
just go with the flow, you'll get used to it
if they dance with you, give them your attention and partner back

if a girl approaches you to dance and dances with her "back sticking on to my front and moving to the tune in a sideways fashion", then go with it, it probably means she wants u to touch her, but start at the waist and see if she moves ur hands i guess.
