Hip Hop/Jazz Dance – Sierra College Dance Club

*READ – sierra college is a JR college with NO dance program whatsover except beginners classes in jazz and ballet. This dance was one of many in a show put together by girls on their own time in their own space. STOP BASHING already. Nowhere does it say that this is a professional college level dance. If you can dance better, good for you. Stop bashing. Comments are filtered for a reason; i have written this due to VERY many excessively rude comments. (I have taken most down)

…One of the dances from Sierra College Dance Club’s “An Evening Of Dance”… Our junior college doesn’t really have a dance program so we put together a club and this was our first show…. we basically all made up stuff and practiced at each other’s houses or wherever we could find space and put on this show just because we all love to dance…. This is a Club dance freestyle, which is meant to be casual and fun. We are watching ourselves alot in the mirror so it was a distraction. In a real club we vibe alot better, this was shot in a studio.

“I am not like you said, “showing my sickest moves” -instead when I dance I change up the vibe from fun, casual, to sexy,to funny, to hard attitude to smooth..
I never dance one way the whole and I’m always changing my dancing to match the music that is playing. Occasionally I throw in harder, doper moves but I wouldn’t want to show off the whole time because the girl might get shy and not want to dance any longer. I also don’t want to look like I’m trying to hard!”
